Rent-To-Own

Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.

Permit Requirements

Backyard Barns and Beyond is not responsible for obtaining permits, conducting covenant searches, or verifying local restrictions or setbacks. Because counties, cities, subdivisions, and HOAs each have their own unique rules and requirements, we cannot guarantee knowledge of every regulation. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure all required permits, approvals, and compliance clearances prior to the delivery of your building. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information.

Delivery & Setup

Backyard Barns and Beyond offers free delivery and setup. Free delivery includes one trip up to 30 driving miles one way; additional mileage or multiple trips may result in extra fees. Free setup includes leveling the building, starting with one corner at ground level and up to 3 feet using customer-supplied blocks. If needed, we can supply blocks for $4.50 each. Anchoring is available as an additional service for an extra fee and is not performed at the time of delivery. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit; please contact us for more details.
