Terms and Conditions for SMS Text Communications

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Backyard Barns and Beyond, Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Consent to Receive “Opt-in” SMS Messages
   By providing your mobile phone number at the time of the sale, you consent to receive periodic SMS text messages from Backyard Barns and Beyond, Inc., including but not limited to promotional offers, updates about your orders, and other customer service-related communications.
2. Frequency of Messages
   The number of SMS messages you receive will vary based on your interactions with Backyard Barns and Beyond, Inc. You can expect no more than 10 messages per month.

   Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS text messages sent or received as provided in your mobile plan. Contact your mobile provider for details on your plan and pricing.
4. Opting Out
   You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving texts, reply “STOP” to any SMS you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt-in again.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Delivery of Messages
   SMS message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s service availability. Backyard Barns and Beyond, Inc. is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery due to service interruptions or technical issues.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website at www.backyardbarnsandbeyond.com/smsterms and will become effective immediately upon posting.
9. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old and own or control the mobile device associated with the phone number you provide.
